Besides the shell, an egg has two colors to it. There is the clear/white albumen and the yellow yolk.
When it is served as a hard boiled egg people will find the yolk disgusting and the albumen quite delicious. Yet, that same person when given their eggs scrambled will gladly eat the yellow yolk parts and find little pockets of white albumen quite disgusting. It doesn't make a lick of sense and I try to explain that to my kid to which she understands but makes no difference because her mind is made up on the matter.
There are multiple ways to present your nutritious message but you need to be sure to tailor the message to your chosen audience and mind the details. This is a daily reminder for me as I make my kid's breakfast and to take into work as I work through a client's job.
